We will accept returns within 10 days of you having received the wheels so as long as they have not been driven on or installed on the vehicle. When we ship our packages we always include the original wheel boxes, those are required to be returned also. In the case of just wheels, we will accept them back so as long as tires have never been mounted on them. Returns must be received in undamaged, new condition with all original packaging.
Simply contact our support department and request a return and you’ll be provided with a Return Authorization number to get your return going. For packages, we do charge a $120 fee to make up for the labor cost in mounting, balancing and later dismantling again (3 hours labor). For tires we also accept returns within 10 days of you having received the tires, tires must be shipped back with original labels on tires otherwise the shipment will be refused. For all returns We Do Not Have Restocking Fees however the transit expenses incurred in shipping to you will be deducted from the final credit. We do not cover return shipping expenses.
Please note we do not accept returns for special order wheels. Special order wheels are wheels that had to be transferred in and not in stock at the moment or drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. For these wheels we cannot accept returns unless the issue you’re experiencing is a result of a fitment issue which at that point our Fitment Guarantee kicks in. Refunds are issued within three working days of having received and inspected the returned products. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of your purchase.
