At this stage the order is being reviewed by one of our fitment specialist. Once reviewing by our fitment specialist is completed the order is processed and a new status is assigned.
Please Note: Order processing takes place Monday – Friday 8am to 7pm
This status is issued to packages that have shipped and just waiting for the tracking to be uploaded. Please note tracking usually takes a couple days to upload at times.
This status is assigned to orders where the products where not in stock at the same location and required transferring. Example: Wheels not in stock at the same warehouse as the Tires or vice versa.When this occurs we mark the order internally as Fast-Track so that when the missing products arrive the order is expedited.
This status is assigned to orders that have already been processed and staged for shipping or have shipped.
Unmounted Wheels & Tires: If you ordered unmounted wheels and tires and your order is in this status this means that the wheels and tires have already been individually processed for shipping. Please note you may receive the tires first and later the wheels or vice versa. The products don’t always ship from the same warehouse.
