Fitment Guarantee

In the unlikely event your wheels don’t fit, we will connect you with a fitment specialist assigned to your case. Custom wheels may require methods such as spacers to achieve proper fitment. If no method can accommodate the fitment, we’ll pick up the wheels and work with you on a replacement set or refund.

For questionable fitment issues, we may request a shop work order describing the issue. The Fitment Guarantee applies only to wheels and/or tires recommended by our vehicle search tool. If specifications are manually overwritten, the guarantee is void. For fitment outside our recommendations, please contact us prior to purchase.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free within the continental United States for quantities of four (4) or more when ground shipping is available. Free shipping does not apply to wheel/tire packages that exceed standard dimensional weight (“Oversized”). Oversized packages may require an upgraded paid shipping option. You may also choose to ship wheels and tires unmounted via FedEx Ground at no charge.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as long as wheels have not been driven on or installed. Original wheel boxes must be returned. Wheels with mounted tires cannot be returned.

Packages incur a $120 labor fee for mounting/balancing and dismantling. Tires must still have original labels attached. No restocking fees apply, but outbound shipping charges are deducted from refunds. Return shipping is not covered.

Special order wheels (transfers or drop ship only) cannot be returned unless due to a verified fitment issue covered under our Fitment Guarantee.

Order Cancellation

If you placed an order by accident, notify us within one hour. After that, orders begin processing. For unshipped special orders, transfer costs will apply.

For processed orders not yet shipped, a $150 cancellation fee applies. If the order has already shipped, you must receive it and process a return. Do not refuse delivery, as carriers charge inflated return fees of up to $275, which you will be responsible for.

Product Warranty

Warranty claims covered by the manufacturer will be handled through our Florida location. Warranty decisions are made solely by the brand, not RimsOutlet. At times, physical inspection may be required.

Structural Warranty

Structural warranty covers structural integrity failure caused by manufacturer defect. Road hazard damage is not covered. Claims follow the same process as Product Warranty.

RimsOutlet may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

RAM Trading LLC strives to maintain accurate information; however, we do not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of such content. The site is provided on an “As Is” basis. RAM Trading LLC, its affiliates, employees, agents, and content providers are not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use this site, including data loss, lost profits, or incidental damages.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAM Trading LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, action, or liability arising from use of the site.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to RAM Trading LLC’s website shall be governed by the laws of Florida (Miami-Dade County), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Sale & Purchase of Goods

Buyer agrees to purchase goods as described at checkout. The business transaction occurs in Miami-Dade County, FL, and delivery is a courtesy. If payment defaults after merchandise is received, legal action will be taken, and the buyer is responsible for all legal fees. RimsOutlet reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing or website errors.

Wheel Images & Representations

Photos are approximations. Wheel design varies by bolt pattern, size, and offset.

Shipping Insurance ($94.95 Option)

Shipping Insurance covers damaged, lost, or stolen packages when the carrier denies the claim.

Items lost in transit: Replacement is shipped once the carrier confirms loss.

Damages: A return label is provided; once scanned by the carrier, a replacement is shipped.

Theft: If tracking shows “delivered” but the customer did not receive the package, a theft case may be opened. After completing a report, a coupon for 50% of the order amount is issued for replacements. Rental/home insurance may also cover theft.

Road Hazard Replacement Assistance

Road Hazard Replacement Assistance is optionally available for qualifying wheel purchases and provides discounted replacement pricing with no deductible for accidental damage. Coverage is limited to two units and is valid for 12 months.

Road Hazard Replacement Assistance is only applicable with the purchase of four (4) wheels or more. If Road Hazard Replacement Assistance is selected or added to an order containing fewer than four (4) wheels, including an order for only one (1) wheel, the Road Hazard charge will be reduced to $0 at checkout and the customer will not be charged for the coverage. In such cases, the Road Hazard Replacement Assistance will be considered void and no Road Hazard coverage or replacement benefits will apply to the order.

Full Coverage Total Protection Bundle ($69.95)

  • $0–$200 unit price → 50% discount
  • $201–$300 → 40% discount
  • $301+ → 30% discount

Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Theft Replacement Assistance

Available for purchases of four (4) or more wheels. Provides 30–50% off replacements in the event of theft. Coverage is one time use, valid for 12 months, and only applies to wheels, not tires. Police report documentation is required.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping times shown are estimates. Average delivery is 4–6 business days, but we recommend allowing 7–15 business days.

3 Day Prime Shipping

Eligible products may offer 3 day delivery. Orders placed after 10am count as the next business day. Holidays excluded. If we fail to meet the 3 day target, the shipping upgrade is 100% refundable or issued as in house credit for lease to own purchases.

Test Fitment Responsibility

Buyer must test fit wheels/tires within five (5) business days. Once driven on, wheels/tires cannot be returned.
