In the unlikely event, your wheels don’t fit we’ll connect you with one of our fitment specialist who will be assigned to the case. Please note that Custom Wheels are just that, Custom and at times we will have to use methods in which to accommodate the fitment which can include the use of spacers. If we don’t find a method to accommodate the fitment we’ll certainly pick up the wheels right away and work with you on either getting you a replacement set or a refund. Please note that in order to prevent abuse, for questionable fitment issues we may require a work order from a shop describing the fitment issue in detail. Fitment Guarantee is good for the wheels and or tires recommended by our vehicle search tool. If the wheel or tire specs recommended are overwritten the fitment guarantee is no longer valid. If you’re looking for a fitment outside of our recommendations feel free to reach out to one of our fitment specialist in advance to get the fitment verified.
Standard Shipping is free within the continent of the United States where ground shipping is available for QYT of (4) or more. Free shipping does not apply to wheel and tire packages that exceed the dimensional weight of a Standard FedEx Ground Shipment “Oversized”. For those packages that are considered Oversized you’ll be offered an Oversized shipping option which is optional and also the option of shipping your wheels and tires unmounted Much Faster & Free of Charge via FedEx Ground.
We will accept returns within 10 days of you having received the wheels so as long as they have not been driven on or installed on the vehicle. When we ship our packages we always include the original wheel boxes, those are required to be returned also. In the case of just wheels, we will accept them back so as long as tires have never been mounted on them. Returns must be received in undamaged, new condition with all original packaging. Simply contact our support department and request a return and you’ll be provided with a Return Authorization number to get your return going. For packages, we do charge a $120 fee to make up for the labor cost in mounting, balancing and later dismantling again (3 hours labor). For tires we also accept returns within 10 days of you having received the tires, tires must be shipped back with original labels on tires otherwise the shipment will be refused. For all returns We Do Not Have Restocking Fees however the transit expenses incurred in shipping to you will be deducted from the final credit. We do not cover return shipping expenses.
Please note we do not accept returns for special order wheels. Special order wheels are wheels that had to be transferred in and not in stock at the moment or drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. For these wheels we cannot accept returns unless the issue you’re experiencing is a result of a fitment issue which at that point our Fitment Guarantee kicks in. If you’d like to know if your wheels are a special order before hand feel free to send us a message and we’ll be glad to check it out.
Hit the Add to Cart button and entered your credit card info by accident? We get it, stuff happens, all we ask is to let us know within the hour otherwise we’ll consider the order live and process it right away. In the event the order has not shipped and the product was a special order product we will charge for the expenses incurred in transferring in the product. In the event the order has not shipped yet the order was processed there is a $150.00 cancellation fee to make up for the time and labor lost in processing the order. If the order has shipped you must receive the order and we’ll later process the cancellation as a return. Do Not Refuse The Shipment this will result in inflated return freight expenses by the carrier (Up to $275.00) that you’ll later be responsible for.
In the event, you have a defective product that is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty we will process the claim on your behalf out of our Florida location. Please note that we do not make warranty decisions, those decisions are made by the brand themselves and we only serve as an intermediate between you and the brand. If a warranty cannot be determined by pictures at times it is required to ship the product back for visual inspection.
Structural warranty covers the structural integrity of the wheel being compromised due to a manufacturer defect. This does not include Road Hazard Damages. Structural Warranty claims are processed in the same fashion our Product Warranty is.

User visits the site at his or her own risk. The site is provided on an As Is and available basis. Neither RAM Trading LLC nor it’s affiliates, employees, agents or third party content providers shall be liable for loss resulting from use or unavailability of product or information on this site, including but not limited to damage of data, loss of profits and or compensatory or incidental damages even if an advance warning has or hasn’t been provided.
User agrees to defend, indemnify and otherwise hold harmless RAM Trading LLC and its agents, officers, directors, employees and assigns from and against any cause of action or claim, including legal fees, related to Users use of the site.

Sale & Purchase Of Goods.
Ram Trading LLC / RimsOutlet.com (Seller) hereby agrees to sell and the user (Buyer’s) hereby agrees to purchase goods described within the checkout process including quantities noted and incorporate this reference as (Goods). Buyer agrees to pay the amount noted within the checkout process of the goods. The business transaction is made in the state of Florida in Miami-Dade County and the product delivered as a courtesy to the buyer’s location. In the event that the user (Buyer) defaults on his/her payment and has received the merchandise, we will legally pursue a resolve, with the user (Buyer) being responsible for all legal fees involved in addition to the full amount of the invoice. RimsOutlet reserves the right to cancel an order in the unlikely event of inaccuracy in pricing, quantity and or other reasons having to due with possible human or website error.

Shipping Insurance ($94.95 Option)
Optionally available for wheels and tires our shipping insurance covers damaged, lost or stolen packages where the shipping carrier denies the claim. In the event the shipper denies the claim the Shipping Insurance kicks in and covers 100% of the cost of items lost in transit (not delivered), 100% of the replacement of damaged wheels and 50% of the replacement of packages that show delivered and where stolen after having been delivered.
Items lost in transit: We will ship out a replacement the moment the shipper deems the package as lost.
Damages: We will send you a return label for the damaged product and the moment the damaged product is provided to the carrier we will ship out a replacement.
Theft: For packages where the carrier shows delivered and the customer claims the item was not received we will consider that a theft. We will send you a link to a report to be filled out and once completed we will send you a coupon code in the amount of 50% of your total order to assist with replacements. Please note that your rental or home insurance covers theft as well.
Road Hazard Replacement Assistance
Optionally available for wheels or tires our Road Replacement Assistance offers you the ability to purchase a replacement product at a drastically discounted price in the unlikely event you damage one. Unlike our competitors, we do not require the damaged product back and there are no deductibles. To prevent abuse we had to limit the number of units the coverage can be used for to two units total. Coverage is for the first 12 months of ownership and void if the wheel or tire becomes discontinued.
The discount is a percentage discount of the current sell price (not of purchase price) and the discount value is dependent on the sell price of the product and outlined below.
Full Coverage Total Protection Bundle ($69.95 Version)
Unit price of $0 – $200 is 50% Discount
Unit price of $201 – $300 is 40% Discount
Unit price of $301 + is 30% Discount
In all of the above cases user is responsible for shipping expenses.
Theft Replacement Assistance
Optionally available for purchases of (4) or more wheels our Theft Replacement Assistance offers you the ability to purchase replacement wheels at a drastically discounted price in the unlikely event they are stolen. The discount is dependent on the wheel availability at the time the replacement is needed and can range from 30% to 50% Off. To prevent abuse we had to limit the number of times the coverage can be used to (1) time total. Coverage is for the first 12 months of ownership and replacement wheels must be for the same vehicle from the original order. To initiate a case we will need a copy of the police report where the exact vehicle year, make and model of the original order is mentioned and it is noted that the wheels were stolen. Upon verifying the report we will provide you with a gift certificate code that can be used to purchase the replacements. It is important to note that our Theft Replacement Assistance is solely for Wheels and not for Tires.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and Handling times noted on the website are to be considered estimations. Our average shipping time is 4 to 6 working days however we always recommend you plan around 7 to 15 working days to be on the safe side.
3 Day Prime Shipping
3 Day Prime Shipping orders are offered as an option for qualifying products. 3 Day shipping is 3 working days with the same day cut off time being 10:00 am on a workday – otherwise the first day will be counted as the next business day. Business days are Monday – Friday and don’t include national holidays that are observed. 3 Day Shipping is not guaranteed however it is 100% refundable in the event we don’t hit the target date. In cases where a refund is not possible such as Katapult lease to own payments, we will issue you an in-house credit.
Test Fitment Responsibility.
Buyer is responsible for test fitting the wheels within 5 working days and or tires upon receipt to assure the wheels and or tires do not obstruct anywhere. Buyer is responsible for making sure the fitment is proper and that the vehicle is safe to drive. The buyer also understands that we do not accept returns on wheels and tires that have been driven on.
